Getting to the show

Many options for your convenience

At our Edmonton show, you can pay to park on site at the Edmonton Expo Centre. Ensure you pay in advance online, or within 20 minutes of arrival to avoid a ticket. You will need to know your license plate number to register/pay for parking. You can also take a taxi, ride share, or public transit (bus or LRT to Coliseum station).

NEW! We are offering free parking for Retailers on March 1, 2026 (the last day of the Edmonton show). Come to the registration desk within 20 minutes of arriving on site to register your license plate. We cannot refund you if you already paid for parking that day, and we cannot void tickets if you didn’t register your plate with us in time.

At our Saskatoon show, parking on site is free. You can also take taxi, ride share, or public transit to the World Center of Saskatoon at Prairieland Park.

Please book under TRENDS Apparel at least one month before the show to receive our preferred rates, based on availability.  Please contact the hotel of your choice to verify what is included in the group rate – parking/breakfast may be extra.

  • Complimentary Self-Serve Coffee and Tea for attendees and exhibitors until 2:00pm each show day, with breakfast pastries until noon and cookies from noon-2:00pm.
  • Happy Hour!  A cash bar will be set up in the Social Area(s) on the first two days of each show from 2:00-5:45pm, plus a selection of complimentary snacks will be available starting at 4:00pm. Relax after a busy day or take your items to your next appointment.
  • All attendees are eligible to receive one $15 lunch voucher per person. The voucher can be used at the venue concessions (or the food truck in Edmonton).  No cash value, no change given, no receipts provided.  Come to the registration desk with your name badge to collect your voucher.
