Registration Form
Please complete the new retailer registration form to begin the process of verifying your eligibility to attend TRENDS Apparel.
Important Note: electronic submission of this form does not guarantee your admittance to the show. First time attendees must bring two (2) pieces of business identification to the registration desk for on-site verification of your business credentials.
Acceptable identification includes: a copy of your business licence, a copy of your incorporation documents, a business cheque or a GST/Federal Business Number. Websites and business cards are only accepted as supplementary forms of retailer identification.
